Of course!  Individuals are encouraged to attend! Please register at No-Host Event under Purchase Tickets on this website.  This will allow us to plan accordingly.

Registration Deadline

August 12, 2022 is our deadline.  Should you miss that date, email ehsclassof1970@gmail.com.

Will I receive a printed Ticket?

Those registering online will receive an email ticket/receipt.   Those paying with check please submit updated information including email.  Once we have that, we can email a receipt to you.  For those without emails, we will have a list of attendees at the door.

Can I get a refund if the event is cancelled?

Putting on an event of this size is costly.  Your reunion committee is committed to going forward if at all possible.  Expenses will be incurred and in many cases are non-refundable.  Therefore, we do not feel we can refund registration fees at this time.  Thank you for your understanding.

What is being offered for dinner?
There will be a buffet dinner beef, chicken, red potatoes, salad bar, a vegetable with a vegetarian option available.

Can I volunteer to help set up and break down events?

Your committee has worked long and hard and would appreciate helping hands.  Many hands make for light work.  Send email to ehsclassof1970@gmail.com and we will assign tasks. Currently folks are needed 1 p.m Friday (for Ice Breaker preparation) and noon Saturday for Dinner/Dance Set Up). Tear down begins at 10 p.m. both evenings.  Your volunteerism is appreciated.

I (we) cannot attend but would like to donate to the fun evening.  How do we send a donation?

The average high is 64 degrees.  Warm jackets are encouraged.  We plan on having alternate heat sources on site.

What time(s) are the Ice Breaker and Dinner/Dance over?

The Ice Breaker is to wind down at 10 p.m. to allow us all plenty of time for our beauty sleep.  The band will play until 10 p.m. Saturday evening.

Where can I get overnight accomodations?

Check out the link on the left side of the website "Where to Stay".

What is there to see and do in the area?

The City of  Eureka has a great website addressing things to see and do as well as overnight accommodations options.  http://Visiteureka.com

COVID

In an effort to move forward with the class reunion, the Ice Breaker will be held outside at the Eureka Moose Lodge.   This will allow for social distancing should there be a mandate in order at the time of the reunion.  Masks and hand sanitizer will be available.

We will follow state, local and site covid protocols in place at the time of the events.

We will update the covid status here closer to the event.
